Herrängnatten

Yesterday I organized an event called Herräng Night on the jetty by the beach overlooking the harbour and the skyline (if there ever was one). Absolutely stunning! About thirty people came and I had some people helping out with music, sound and baking.

We started at 9 pm and about 30 people showed up, in good spirits.

Olle Lybegård, official lighter.

Christina, Henrik, Annette, Ali & Johanna. Henrik is a dance teacher in Malmö, Johanna is a very good DJ (and great dancer too).

We danced, danced and danced some more. Had a little bit of wine, coffee and banana bread - a bit of shim sham, warm blankets and a last dance later... before we knew, it was 6 am and Ali and I had one last dance before leaving. It was daylight as we walked on the jetty on our way home.

Thanks to everybody who showed up for fantastic dances, and for making this one of the most memorable nights ever. Totally priceless.

Here's the last dance. 6 am after what? Nine hours of dancing, some wine and a swim in the sea. Not pretty, but that's not the point.
